Here
are some of our pending and possible activities: v
Making our own
paper from used paper in the EPDC and other sources on Earth Day. v
Possible
involvement in the Alewife Brook Restoration Project. Hopefully we will be having a speaker come
in to talk a little bit about the project and how we can be involved. v
Attempting to find
an environmental activity/competition to rival that of steel bridge and
concrete canoe but for the environmental engineers. Currently investigating the Annual
Waste-Management Education and Research Consortium (WERC) Environmental
Design Contest to see if this is
feasible for the club. |
