Students in a study group

Our undergraduate degrees in Civil Engineering (BSCE) and Environmental Engineering (BSEVE) provide hands-on experience both in our state-of-the art laboratories as well as in the surrounding natural laboratory provided by the greater Boston area. Our curriculum combines elements of design as well as analytics and is flexible enough for students to study abroad and minor in diverse topics from engineering management to history.

Our design curriculum is informed by the many civil and environmental engineering projects in the surrounding area, and our analysis curriculum provides students with the tools they need to work in the era of big data. We also have degrees that focus on the interdisciplinary topics of Architectural Engineering (BSE-Architectural Studies) and Environmental Health (BSE-Environmental Health).

The BS in Civil Engineering (BSCE) program is accredited by the Engineering Accreditation Commission of ABET, https://www.abet.org, under the General Criteria and Program Criteria for Civil and Similarly Named Engineering Programs.
