The Tufts Medford campus is surrounded by Boston’s growing pharmaceutical and
biotechnological industry (local companies include Wyeth, Biogen, Novartis, and
Genzyme) as well as other companies employing our graduates in the areas of
electronics materials, consulting, environmental engineering, and specialty
chemicals.
Beth Frasso serves as the
primary point of contact for the department's interactions with industry.
Opportunities for employment are periodically broadcast to both current
students and alumni. In addition to departmental efforts, the
School of Engineering and the
University also
provide career service opportunities. Companies interested
