Kyongbum Lee, Ph.D., Principal Investigator
Kyongbum Lee is a Professor in the Department of Chemical and Biological Engineering at Tufts University. Dr. Lee obtained his Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 2002. He received his B.S. degree, also in Chemical Engineering, from Stanford University in 1995. Prior to joining the faculty at Tufts in 2002, he held joint appointments at the Massachusetts General Hospital and Shriners Hospital in Boston as a post-doctoral fellow. His research interests are metabolic engineering and tissue engineering. He is particularly interested in the development of analytical technologies and model systems to discover novel therapeutic targets for metabolic diseases.
