Join Andy Card and Ray LaHood, former U.S. Secretaries of Transportation, for a conversation on transportation infrastructure with the campus and greater Boston communities. An engineer by training, Andy Card was Secretary of Transportation under President George H.W. Bush and later Chief of Staff to President George W. Bush. Secretary of Transportation under President Barack Obama, Ray LaHood also served in the U.S. House of Representatives for Illinois’ 18th district.
