Behrouz Abedian

Research Interests

Dr. Abedian's research is in the area of fluid mechanics and its applications in fluidic systems. He has expertise in electrohydrodynamics, transport phenomenon and energy systems. Specific topics include:

  • Low-voltage digital microfluidic devices
  • Flow electrification of dielectric liquids in power systems
  • Viscosity of suspensions
  • Compressible fluid flow
  • Dental applicators
