Lasser receives Henry and Madeline Fischer Award

Professor of the Practice Ronald Lasser has received the 2017 Henry and Madeline Fischer Award for Teaching Excellence in the School of Engineering.

Ron Lasser, professor of the practice in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, is the 2017 recipient of the Henry and Madeline Fischer Award for Teaching Excellence.

Awarded annually to one faculty member in the School of Engineering, the award recognizes teaching excellence and dedication to inspiring and motivating students. Faculty are nominated by graduating seniors. This is Lasser's second time receiving the award; he was honored in 2009 as well.
