Biography: 

Chorng Hwa Chang joined Tufts University as a faculty member in 1987. His interests are in the areas of computer architecture, communication protocols, ubiquitous and pervasive wireless communications, and autonomous robots. He is the director of the computer engineering program within the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering.
