Biography: 

Steve Geary has worked with organizations around the world in a variety of industries and, through frequent speaking engagements and publications has become known as a leading expert on supply chain design and performance. In addition to being part of the faculty at Tufts Gordon Institute, he is a faculty member and research associate at University of Tennessee’s College of Business Administration on the topic of Performance Based Logistics. 

Since 2002, Geary has been involved in a broad range of projects across the aerospace and defense industry. He has conducted extensive research in performance-based logistics, including specific work on aligning supply chains to support the Combatant Commander’s strategic intent. During his career, Geary has held executive positions in manufacturing, materials management, business development, product marketing, and product management.
