Maya Nadimpalli earned her BA and Sc in environment from McGill University in 2009. She continued her studies at University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, earning her MS and PhD degrees in environmental sciences and engineering. After completing her doctoral studies in 2015, she served as a Gillings Global Public Health Fellow within the Department of Infection and Epidemiology at the Institut Pasteur in Paris, France. She joined Tufts in 2018 as a civil and environmental engineering research fellow. In 2020, she was named a research assistant professor within the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering.
