Biography: 

Daniel Kasenberg is a PhD candidate in Computer Science and Cognitive Science at Tufts University, in Professor Matthias Scheutz's Human-Robot Interaction Lab. His research focuses on developing artificial agents which can learn interpretable objectives, plan with these objectives (even when they conflict), and explain their behaviors with respect to these objectives. He received his MS in Computer Science at Tufts in 2018; his undergraduate degree was in Applied Mathematics and Computer Science at the University of Waterloo, in Canada.
