Cultivating Healthy Habits: Working Smarter and Being Less Stressed

Learn to avoid and deal with stumbling blocks shared by many in graduate school, like stress, procrastination, and feeling overwhelmed. Led by the Counseling and Mental Health Center, this workshop is a confidential space that uses case studies and peer discussion to discuss strategies and approaches to anticipating and managing these challenges.

Workshop takeaways include: information on how to identify how negative thoughts affect emotions and behavior, tips and strategies on how to approach challenges in a healthy manner, and ideas on how to begin managing stress.

A light meal will be served. This is a NOD workshop.
