If you are seeking an academic position in engineering, this workshop will inform you about the multiple stages of academic-position negotiation. Gain familiarity with considerations essential for preparing for the negotiation; role play negotiation with peers to practice win-win orientation while creating healthy working relationships with the university; reflect as a group on the strength and weaknesses of your negotiation outcomes.
