Jon Tilliss is a strategic design leader and Certified Human Factors Professional with a strong foundation in IXD and UX research, and 10+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams to design and deliver engaging, effective, and usable products. Jon has a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Tufts University and master's degree in Digital Media & Interactive Design from Northeast University. He is currently the Northeast Experience Design Lead for Accenture's Digital Products group, where he leads the New York and Boston Experience Design and Product Management teams. He is passionate about helping UX/UI designers grow and empowering them to become confident product designers and leaders. He recently co-authored the book, Designing for Safe Use: 100 Principles for Making Products Safer, which is a comprehensive source of safety-focused design principles for designers working in any industry.
