Students win conference prize
Three mechanical engineering students completed a space engineering challenge at the 2018 SEDS SpaceVision conference in California.
At the SEDS (Students for the Exploration and Development of Space) SpaceVision 2018 conference in San Diego, California, mechanical engineering seniors Josh Etkind, and Sarah Carty, together with sophomore Jeremy Kanovsky, won a space engineering challenge sponsored by Lockheed Martin.
The students had to solve a problem in order to unlock a large box, and received a Voyager Golden Record Vinyl Box set as their prize.
