Training Modules
Discrimination and Harassment Prevention Training
Tufts University is committed to providing a safe and positive workplace for all students, staff and faculty. To help achieve this goal and to comply with university, state and federal policies and regulations, Tufts' Office of Equal Opportunity (OEO) provides mandatory training regarding discrimination and harassment prevention. All staff and faculty (full-time, part-time, temporary) and student employees who have not already attended are required to participate.

Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Justice Education Modules
The mandatory DEIJ Education Modules are part of a comprehensive portfolio of educational opportunities for students, faculty, and staff to engage in intentional, reflective, and meaningful learning and development of anti-racist and anti-oppressive praxis in their individual development, the content of their work (particularly those with decision-making power to address policies and practices), and their relationships with others on campus.
Working groups are currently developing the content of these modules. Tufts University will communicate registration dates upon completion of the module curriculum.
