Biography
Henry (Harry) Bendekgey is an Assistant Teaching Professor in the Department of Computer Science. He teaches classes around artificial intelligence, machine learning, and the mathematical underpinnings of computer science. He received his doctoral degree from UC Irvine in 2025, where his research focused on how to introduce structure and constraints to deep generative models.
