Biography
Mai Vu is a professor in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering and holds a secondary appointment in the Department of Computer Science at Tufts School of Engineering. She leads Tufts LiNKS, the Laboratory for Intelligent NetworKed Systems, which conducts research in machine learning and wireless networked systems. Her research group has published extensively on algorithms for wireless communication networks with applications to 5G/6G systems. Dr. Vu is a senior member of the IEEE. She has served on the technical program committee of numerous IEEE conferences and served as a Technical Program Co-Chair of the IEEE Communication Theory Workshop 2023. Between 2013-2016, she served as an Editor of the IEEE Transactions on Wireless Communications, and since November 2022 she has been serving as an Editor of the IEEE Transactions on Communications.
