Yes, this is an in-person-only summer program, and you are expected to be on campus for the full 12 weeks. We completely understand that you may need to travel in the event of an emergency. Please notify the program staff immediately so we can provide appropriate support. There will be opportunities for extended weekend travel due to federal and/or religious holidays during the summer.

We understand there may be extenuating circumstances and that you may need to leave for a brief period of time. The ACE++ team will review leave on a case-by-case basis. We completely understand that life happens and you may need to travel for an emergency or to be with loved ones! Please keep us in the loop so that we can support you. This applies to going away for an extended period of time for non-emergencies, which may be done when there is time off/holidays. Since we expect you to attend classes and programs, it’s important that you communicate with us ahead of time.
