From the Southwest, West and Northwest:

Via routes 2, 9, 95 or the Mass. Turnpike (Rt. 90), exit onto the Boston circumferential, Route 128 (Rt. 95), and proceed north to the intersection with Route 2. Proceed east on Route 2 to the junction of Routes 2 and 16. Turn left onto Route 16 East (Alewife Brook Parkway). Follow Route 16 through two full traffic lights. Take the next right, a sharp turn, onto Powder House Boulevard. Proceed to a major rotary, and exit the rotary onto Warner Street (3/4 around the rotary), which becomes Harvard Street. Follow Harvard Street through one set of lights. The Science & Technology Center will be on your left after the railroad bridge.

From the North:

Via routes 1, 3, 95, 28 or 93, the recommended approach is via the Boston circumferential, Route 128 (Rt. 95), to its intersection with Rt. 93. Go south on Rt. 93 to exit 32, Medford Square. Proceed to the center of the square and bear left onto Main Street. Follow Main Street. Turn right at the light onto Harvard Street (third light after passing Dunkin Donuts). Proceed straight on Harvard Street for approximately 1/4 mile. The Science & Technology Center will be on your right just before the next major intersection.

From Boston, the South, and the South Shore:

Follow Rt. 3 north to Route 93 north. Take exit 31, Mystic Valley Parkway, (Route 16). Follow the exit ramp to Medford Square. At the blinking light at the end of the ramp, turn left onto Main Street. Follow Main Street. Turn right at the light onto Harvard Street (third light after passing Dunkin Donuts). Proceed straight on Harvard Street for approximately 1/4 mile. The Science and Technology Center will be on your right just before the next major intersection.

From Davis Square (Red Line Public Transportation):

Take a right out of the College Avenue exit. Follow College Avenue to Powder House Square rotary. Cross intersection at rotary and proceed straight onto Warner Street, which becomes Harvard Street after one block. A 93 road marker will be in front of you. Follow Harvard Street beyond the underpass. The Science and Technology Building will be on the left after the underpass.

From Logan Airport by Public Transportation:

Board the airport shuttle bus to the Airport Station on the MBTA Blue line. Take the Blue Line inbound to Government Center, then change to the Green Line westbound and to Park Street station. Change again to the Red Line outbound to Davis Station. Outside the College Avenue exit, board either the #96 (Medford Square) or the #94 (West Medford) buses to Tufts University

From Logan Airport to Tufts University by Car:

Follow signs for the Sumner Tunnel and Boston as you exit the airport. Proceed through the tunnel in the left lane. Follow signs for Interstate 93 north. Once on Route 93 north, take Exit 31 (Mystic Valley Parkway, Route 16). Follow the exit ramp to Medford Square. At the blinking light at the end of the ramp, turn left onto Main Street. Follow Main Street. Turn right at the light onto Harvard Street (third light after passing Dunkin Donuts). Proceed straight on Harvard Street for approximately 1/4 mile. The Science and Technology Center will be on your right just before the next major intersection.

Parking

Visitors are encouraged to use the Dowling Hall parking garage located at 419 Boston Avenue, Medford. To walk to the Science & Technology Center from Dowling Hall, take a right onto Boston Ave. At the first set of lights, take a left onto College Ave. From the bridge, take the staircase on your right down to the parking lot. Follow the path that runs to the right of the athletic fields. The Science and Technology Center is the second building on the right, past the row of trees. Please use side entrances.
