Biography
Dr. Yu-Ting L. Dingle is a lecturer in the Department of Biomedical Engineering. She received her Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering from Brown University in 2015 and pursued postdoctoral training at Tufts University. Her Ph.D. and postdoctoral work focused on 3D in vitro modeling of the brain, with the latter involving the use of a bioengineered silk/collagen composite scaffolding material. In addition to teaching, Dr. Dingle has a passion for visual scientific communication. Her illustrations have been featured in esteemed journals, including Nature Reviews Chemistry and Advanced Materials. She currently teaches Biomaterials, Molecular Biotechnology, Visual Communication for Biomedical Research, and the Labs of BME 33/34/44/45.
