About the Lab

We develop high-performance nanoscale systems, spanning the visible spectrum to millimeter-wave frequency bands. Our work combines breakthroughs in nanomaterial development with semiconductor devices and circuit architectures to develop integrated systems for applications in biomedical imaging, sensing, human-computer interfaces, and IoT devices. We are integrating novel machine-learning algorithms and wearable sensors to monitor biomarkers and predict disease progression. Our research work is interdisciplinary with collaborators in the physical and biological sciences, engineering, public health, and healthcare fields.
