Biography

Linda Borghesani has built her career performing and designing user interfaces and conducting customer research for over 30 years. She started teaching Human Factors at Tufts in 2016 and as a usability practitioner, enjoys sharing her knowledge and skills as a mentor to help students become successful UX specialists and create purposeful and usable designs. She currently works as a Principal User Experience Researcher at Constant Contact, specializing in user research, innovation, and strategy, to help small and medium businesses effectively use digital marketing tools. Linda holds over 30 patents, has several publications, and has presented as several conferences.
