Linda Borghesani has built her career performing and designing user interfaces and conducting customer research for over 30 years.  She currently works as a Senior User Experience Researcher at Constant Contact, helping small and medium businesses effectively use digital marketing tools.  Her prior work includes 17 years as a User Experience Strategist at Verizon designing products and services to ensure world-class user experiences. She started teaching at Tufts School of Engineering in 2016.  She graduated with a BS and MS in Human Factors from Tufts School of Engineering when Tufts was one of the few universities to offer this program. Linda holds over 30 patents and has had several publications and has presented as several conferences.
