Tufts students in the music engineering program design and build their own acoustic and electrical musical instruments.

Students put the machines they worked on all semester to the test in a head-to-head race.

Ph.D. student Rishabh Chaudhary and Associate Professor Robert White are part of a team that developed a device measuring different types of hydrogen and helium atoms in Saturn’s atmosphere using sound waves that reveal the chemical composition of gases.

With support from the fellowship program, Elias Bilal will gain professional experience in the aerospace engineering industry.
