Engineers at Ground Zero Screening
This year marks the 25th anniversary of September 11, 2001. To help us reflect on this tragic event, the School of Engineering Dean’s Office and Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering is proud to host a screening of Engineers at Ground Zero, a film about the structural engineers who helped make sure the area was safe following the attacks.
Tufts alumna and structural engineer Vicki Arbitrio, E83, will give a brief presentation before the screening about her experience working on Ground Zero. After the screening, there will be a brief Q&A session with Arbitrio.

All members of the Tufts community are invited to attend the event. Registration is required.

About Vicki Arbitrio, E83
Vicki Arbitrio earned her bachelor’s degree in civil engineering at Tufts and has more than 35 years of experience as a structural engineer. She is featured in the documentary and collaborated on its production. She is currently an Associate Partner at Gilsanz Murray Steficek (GMS), Structural Engineers and Building Envelope Consultants. This event is co-sponsored by the School of Engineering Dean’s Office and the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering.
