For Graduate students looking to work in academia after graduation, we will discuss how to craft a CV into an effective marketing tool for your academic job search.
Workshop take-aways include: guidelines and goals for CVs and how they differ from resumes, in-depth discussion of sections and components of a CV, feedback on individual student CVs.
Please bring a rough draft of your CV with you.
A light meal will be served at 5:30 pm. This is a NOD workshop.
