Why Engineering?
Tufts School of Engineering is designed for collaborative, interdisciplinary thinkers and builders who like to get their hands a bit dirty. Engineers never work in isolation, and that is why we emphasize collaboration and communication both within and across disciplines. We also believe that there is not one "right" way to do something. Throughout their academic experience, students develop the skills to troubleshoot and problem solve - because, at Tufts, we believe there is not one "right" way to be an innovator.
You’ll work with world-renowned engineering faculty at the top of their disciplines. Combine classroom teaching and hands-on learning to earn a degree that will prepare you for success. Take advantage of Tufts’ dedicated career and networking resources, explore the Tufts campus just a few miles from the high-tech hubs of Boston and Cambridge, and get ready for the next step in your academic and professional journey.
