Ewa L. Winston has been a member of the Tufts Gordon Institute team since 2004. She has an extensive background in higher education in a variety of functions - from teaching in the fields of Education, Leadership Development and Theory of Organization and Management to creating educational programs and assisting students in maximizing their leadership potential.

Self-awareness and emotional intelligence (EI) are cornerstones of leadership development. Learning to lead, therefore, must begin with the process of self-discovery. Each of us has preferences in how we think, act, process information, organize our lives, etc. These preferences determine our “natural” leadership style. But preferred behaviors/style are not the best in all situations! To be an effective leader one must keep developing new skills and learn how to adjust their leadership style depending on the context. This experiential workshop will focus on your personality preferences and your leadership journey.
