Mentoring Workshop

Cabot Hall, Room 702
RSVP Here

This workshop will explore the idea of what mentorship is and can be in graduate school. Participants and panelists will consider how their own identities as mentors and mentees inform and shape these important relationships. Through self-reflection and a panel discussion, participants will learn strategies for finding mentors, what questions to ask to optimize their own learning in mentorship relationships, how to self-assess their own needs, and more. In the latter part of the workshop, tools will be presented to help participants strategically and authentically negotiate their constellation of mentors.

A light meal will be served. This is a NOD workshop.
