Previously known as the Dean’s Discretionary Fund, the Dean’s Innovation Fund allows Dean Kyongbum Lee to support new ideas and initiatives presented to him by students and faculty members. This fund allows him to invest in new priorities that will make an impact on the School of Engineering, the esteemed faculty, and the promising student base.

Funds may be used to help attract and retain world-class faculty, buy new equipment that can help expand a curriculum, support student projects and research with the potential to change the world, and more. There are so many different places the Dean can allocate funding — but it is always allocated where it will have the greatest immediate impact on our community.
