The Tufts University BLOOM (Belonging, Learning, Opportunity, and Mentoring) Center champions student academic, social, and professional success by fostering an inclusive, equity-driven community through holistic, student-centered programming, intentional mentorship, and strong connections to campus resources. Building on the legacies of the FIRST Resource Center and the Center for STEM Diversity, BLOOM centers the experiences of those who are first-generation, high-financial need, and/or navigating college and/or STEM without a clear roadmap, while welcoming undergraduate students from all backgrounds.
