Landau delivers keynote address

Bridge Professor Susan Landau, who holds faculty appointments in the School of Engineering's Department of Computer Science and in The Fletcher School, recently delivered a keynote speech at the 2019 Conference on Cyber Norms: Dealing with Uncertainty.

Landau works at the intersection of national security, cyber security, law, and policy. She is an international expert in cyber security policy, communications surveillance, and privacy.

Organized by The Hague Program for Cyber Norms, this was the organization's second annual conference on cyber norms. This year's conference focused on dealing with uncertainty as its overall theme and gathered global scholars from disciplines that ranged from international relations to security studies to law to engineering.
