You received an email from an Advising Dean asking for flexibility on behalf of a student. But what does that mean? Join the Advising Deans in the School of Arts and Sciences, including SMFA, and the School of Engineering for a conversation about our role mediating conversations between faculty and students, how to decipher our emails, and how we can support faculty. Student Accessibility Services will join the conversation to discuss the difference between required accommodations and an Advising Dean’s request for flexibility.
