Cybersecurity mentorship
Three computer science students have been selected to participate in the MassCyberCenter’s Cybersecurity Mentorship Program.

Computer science majors Sam Chung, E22, Skylar Gilfeather, E24, and Madeline McLaughlin, A23, have been selected to participate in the MassCyberCenter Cybersecurity Mentorship Program.
The program seeks to increase diversity within the cybersecurity workforce by pairing students with industry professionals. Students meet virtually with an industry mentor one-to-one throughout the program to discuss cybersecurity careers and collaborate on a cybersecurity-related project. The program will conclude in mid-May 2021 with a public showcase event where the students will present completed projects.
The MassCyberCenter was launched in September 2017 with a vision to enhance opportunities for the Massachusetts cybersecurity ecosystem to compete as the national cybersecurity leader. Learn more about the center and the mentorship program at www.masscybercenter.org.
