BBQ for AS&E Graduate Students

All Arts, Sciences, and Engineering graduate students are invited to the fall barbeque on Tuesday, September 14. This is a fun social event for new and returning graduate students, and a great opportunity for you to meet and socialize with your peers from other departments at the start of the academic year. 

We hope you can join us for barbeque and live music, plus wine, beer, and soft drinks.

Date: Tuesday, September 14, 2021, (rain date is September 15th)
Event time: 3:30 - 6:30 pm
Location: President's Lawn (Gifford House Lawn, Medford Campus)

Enter from the sidewalk that leads from Professor's Row to the back of Ballou Hall.

Registration is not required, however to enter the event, you will need to present your Tufts ID as proof of your status as a graduate student of either the Graduate School of Arts and Sciences (GSAS) or the School of Engineering (SOE). 

Face masks are required, and must be worn over both the mouth and nose, except when actively consuming food or beverages. Social distancing is encouraged. You must follow the above guidelines and the COVID-19 protocols for students of Tufts University.
