The School of Engineering Graduate Student Orientation is on Friday, January 20 from 12:15 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Check-in and a Resource Fair will be from 12:15 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. in the lobby of the Joyce Cummings Center (JCC) 177 College Ave, Medford MA, followed by lunch and the orientation program in the adjacent ballrooms.
The program will be in-person with the option to participate via Zoom. The program will also be recorded for asynchronous viewing. Participation is mandatory for students newly matriculating into the graduate portion of their program. (If you missed orientation in the Fall, please sign up for this session). More information and a registration link will be forthcoming.
Incoming students will be sent virtual resources and materials, which will help orient you to graduate life and will be a resource you can use throughout your first year. This virtual resource will complement in-person and/or virtual orientation events which will be hosted by your academic department.
