Biography: 

Jeffrey Foster is a professor in the Department of Computer Science. He received a doctorate in Computer Science from the University of California at Berkeley and a Master's of Engineering in Computer Science from Cornell University. His research focuses on creating tools for improving software quality and efficiency. He also studies programming languages and system design and development.
